Your experience working with our agents

All of our wonderful agents have the highest standards possible and have been working in the industry for multiple years. They are at the forefront, regionally, of what is happening in the cruise line industry and their knowledge is unparalleled. Each agent will have a slightly different process/procedure that needs to be followed and once you have applied online via the website, if applicable, you will be approached by the agent in your region, however, all agents will follow a similar process to:

• Receive your application and CV/Resume
• Vet your qualifications to ensure that you are qualified to apply for the position
• Contact you to discuss your options
• Set an interview with you
  • Virtually 1-2-1
  • Virtually as part of a larger group
  • In person 1-2-1
  • In person as part of a larger group
• Before your interview the agent will send you information that will need to be completed and returned before you can attend your interview
• Post interview, if you are successful, the agent will then guide you through obtaining necessary documentation** that will allow you to attend training and work on board a cruise ship
